Allegro Music Service is a locally owned and operated full service band and orchestra instrument rental, sales, and repair business located in Southern MD's St. Mary's County, a suburb of Washington DC.  Allegro is conveniently located in the Hickory Hills Shopping Center at the intersection of Three Notch Road Rt 235 and Chancellors Run Road Route 237.

About Us
Our Owner, Dawn Locke, was born and raised in La Plata, and has 20 years experience as a professional trumpet player, repair technician, and private instructor.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from St. Mary's College of Maryland, a Master of Music in Trumpet Performance from Northwestern University, and a Teacher Certification she completed at Duquesne University.  For more information on our staff, click here.

Allegro Music Service is more than just another music store. The hallmark of the company is that it is a full service band repair facility which provides regular pick-up and delivery to the Southern MD County schools of Charles, St. Mary's, and Calvert as well as music stores in Prince Georges and Anne Arundel Counties.  Repairs are also available for strings, guitars and electronics. We make doing business with us as easy as possible. Students and teachers can order accessories and music through our store and have them delivered directly to their school.
